We process all orders within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, this may take up to 5 days.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

If you made a mistake with your order, email us within 3 hours of purchase. Once it ships, changes can’t be made.

If your package is damaged or missing, contact us. We’ll send you a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
